Tawasul is a loyalty program for Arabian Oud customers, it allows you to enjoy exclusive benefits and discounts ranging from 30% to 45% on purchases, depending on the tier.

Terms and Conditions:
Bronze 30%
- * When joining the Bronze tier, the customer receives 30% discount.
- * The customer does not benefit from the discount percentage in Tawasul Program if their annual purchases or first invoice are less than QAR 526 after discount.
- * If the customer's purchases reach a higher tier, they are eligible for the discount immediately, including the first purchase.
- * Customers are classified into tiers based on the total purchases for each tier, maintaining their tier for one year from the date of joining the last tier. They are reclassified based on their purchases over the past year.
- * Tawasul Program awards points for the customer’s purchases that can be redeemed for purchases at Arabian Oud stores and are not redeemable as cash.
- * Points are calculated at a rate of 5% of purchases on any amount, customers can not redeem points if their points’ balance is less than 19.4 QAR.
- * Points expire one year from the date they are earned, and customers cannot claim expired points.
- * In case of purchase returns, the earned points from the purchase will be deducted, and the tier will be reclassified.
- * For wooden oud purchases, benefits apply to less than 125 grams.
- * Tier benefits do not apply with any other offers.
- * The company reserves the right to amend tier classifications and benefits or cancel the program at any time.
Silver 35%
- * When joining the Silver tier, the customer receives a 35% discount.
- * To join the Silver tier, the customer must spend QAR 1501 after discount.
- * If the customer's purchases reach a higher tier, they are eligible for the discount immediately, including the first purchase.
- * Customers are classified into tiers based on the total purchases for each tier, maintaining their tier for one year from the date of joining the last tier. They are reclassified based on their purchases over the past year.
